So the dude robbed a dollar store, assaulted the clerk, ran from the police, was tackled, fought the officer for his taser, then gun, was shot and killed and there is some kind of controversy here? Seems completely justified to me from what the article says anyways… pretty open and shut case of fuck around and find out.

You’re adding shit in there that even the police aren’t saying. He didn’t go for the gun, and when he was shot, he had already released the taser. Beyond that, given the history of police, we have to always assume they are lying.

The cam shows that there was a physical struggle, and at one point, the victim had control of the taser, but he seemed to have slid it away. At this point, the cop executed him by shooting him in the back.

Seems like a pretty open and shut case of murder.

The penalty for a robbery and assault is not supposed to be death, and you’re lying about the details of this incident, as well explained by @[email protected].

Rule 2: If you’re here to support the police, you’re trolling. Please exercise your right to remain silent.

It’s not suppose to be, but when you fight the police for their weapons it’s a very real possibility. Cop is gonna walk, the law is on his side.
